What is your policy on returns & exchanges?
Since everything in the shop is printed-on-demand through our print partner, we unfortunately can not accept exchanges or returns. Please use the sizing charts provided in the listing pictures to ensure proper fit before ordering. If you have received a damaged/defective product, the wrong item, or any problems with the print quality, however, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery of the product with pictures so that we can quickly file a claim and proceed with a replacement. Please see our Shop Policies page for more info.

What does 'Print on demand' MEAN & how long
does it take to print?
As soon as an order is received through our website, it is immediately submitted to our print partner to be printed according to your order specifications. Because everything is custom-made as orders come in, production & shipping times vary and are estimates only. Some orders may take longer to print/ship out due to stock availability & production demand increases. Occasionally colors/variants may be out of stock so we may contact you for an alternative and will update the shipping time accordingly, but we always try to fulfill your order to the best of our ability as it comes in.

Where does everything PRINT & ship from?
Our print partner, Printful, has print facilities in several locations around the world: North Carolina, Mexico, Canada, Spain, and Latvia, as well as several partner facilities in Australia and Japan. Orders are routed to the production location nearest to its destination (though some items may be shipped from a further facility due to stock availability), and ship directly from the facility that they were printed in. Mugs, stickers, and apparel all ship out separately due to the different facilities that they are printed in on location, so please expect that they may arrive at different times and the tracking will typically only reflect the last item to be shipped by default.

What should I do if my package hasn't arrived
or is lost in transit?
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will track the shipment and provide you with an update.
If the tracking information states that an order was delivered but you haven’t received it, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly; we are unable to file claims for packages that have already been deemed as "delivered."
Please note, we are not responsible for delays in transit and cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. All shipping profiles are estimates and not a guarantee of time; shipping times are separate from production times.
Mugs, stickers, and apparel all ship out separately due to the different facilities that they are printed in, so please expect that they may arrive at different times. [see "Where does everything ship from?" below.]
Can I change my address? What happens if it's
shipped to the wrong address or gets returned?
If you entered the wrong address upon ordering, please let us know ASAP and we will try our best to get it updated before it gets shipped. If an order ships to the wrong address or has trouble getting delivered and is returned due to buyer error when placing the order, additional shipping costs will apply to reship the order to the correct address. Forced returns are not allowed as these are made-to-order items and the unclaimed item(s) will be donated per my print partner.
What should I do if the item I received is
damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Sometimes items can be damaged in transit, and while these damages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier, we would be happy to work with you to remedy the issue. If you have received a damaged/defected product, the wrong item, or any problems with the print quality or item in general, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item (as well as packaging for those damaged in-transit) so that we can quickly file a claim and proceed with a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order?
As soon as an order is received via our website, it is immediately submitted to our print partner to be printed according to your order specifications and can only be cancelled if it has not yet reached the production stage to begin printing. If you need to cancel your order, reach out ASAP and we'll check the status of the order to see if it can be cancelled.

Can I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
Yes! We offer e-Gift Cards that you can purchase here. These are a great way to send a thoughtful gift to a fellow dreamer, especially if you are unsure of sizing, color, or even which design they'd like, or if you're looking for a last-minute gift!

After completing checkout for an e-Gift Card, you will receive an email confirmation about the purchase, and the gift card recipient then gets an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from [your name]" on the designated date. Their unique gift card code will appear in the email for use in our shop-see below for how to redeem. Please note that all gift card sales are final and not able to be refunded. At this time, we only offer e-Gift Cards (no physical cards will be sent). Currently, gift card purchases must be made separately from other cart purchases.

how do i redeem my gift card?
To redeem your Finn & Fable e-Gift Card, chose what you want to purchase from our website and add it to your cart. During payment, select the "Redeem a gift card" option and enter your unique gift card code that can be found in the initial email (if you lost the email that contains the code, reach out via our contact form and we can re-send the email). If the price of your cart's contents are worth more than the value of the card, you can pay for the remaining cost using our regular payment methods. If the price of your cart's contents are less than the value of the card, the remaining balance will remain on the e-Gift Card for future use.

What printing process is used to print on apparel?
My print partner's standard process for apparel is Direct to Garment (DTG), which is a printing method that sprays the ink onto the garment, which then soaks into the fibers. This process allows them to create photo quality prints on shirts (whereas vinyl and screen printing is limited in detail and color). DTG printed shirts are just as durable as screen printed shirts when it comes to washability.
Apparel may have a slight vinegar smell on them upon arrival; this is typical for DTG-printed garments and will wash out after the first wash.

Please note: It is best to wash your apparel as soon as you receive it to ensure the ink fixation is in tact. The print should last for many washes, so if it wears easily after the first wash, this is an indication of a printing error with the ink-fixation process. [See "What should I do if the item I received is damaged, defective, or incorrect?" above]
See APPAREL CARE GUIDE below to best preserve the design on your apparel!

how do i care for my apparel?
--APPAREL CARE GUIDE--
DTG (Direct-to Garment) printing is used in printing all apparel, which is just as durable as screen printed shirts when it comes to washability and should last through many washings if proper care is applied. It is best to wash your apparel as soon as you receive it to ensure the ink fixation is in tact. Wash apparel inside-out. This helps in preserving the ink on the fabric as well as protects the fabric itself from rubbing against other clothes while washing. It is advised to use mild laundry detergent, cold water temperature, and gentle cycle for your washing machine settings. For best care, let them air-dry naturally or on delicate/low-heat drying cycle as the heat from the dryer may accelerate the deterioration of the ink.

What printing process is used to print on mugs,
totes, & pillows?
All mugs and all-over print totes & pillows use the sublimation method of printing, which is a printing technique that uses heat to transfer dye ink onto materials. Unlike applying adhesive vinyl, sublimating on ceramic mugs makes them dishwasher and microwave safe [the black mugs are NOT dishwasher safe, however; hand-wash only]. The fabric of the all-over print totes & pillows are first printed with the design and then cut and sewn to create each individual product.
