production & shipping
All of our products are currently printed and shipped on-demand by our print partner, Printful. This allows me (Andrea, owner/artist) to focus on the artwork & designs, as well as to maintain both online shop fronts--our website & Etsy--and customer inquires, while watching my kids at home (and writing my epic fantasy novel☺).
Using a print-on-demand partner also allows us to offer an exorbitant amount of product styles, sizes, and colors that normally would not be possible. Making products on demand instead of in bulk also helps reduce overproduction that so often happens in the retail industry, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

how does it work?
As soon as an order is received through our website, it is immediately submitted to our print partner to be printed according to your order specifications. Because everything is custom-made as orders come in, production & shipping times vary and are estimates only.
Some orders may take longer to print & ship out due to stock availability and production demand increases. Occasionally colors/variants may be out of stock so we may contact you for an alternative and will update the shipping time accordingly, but we always try to fulfill your order to the best of our ability as it comes in. Our current production time for an order averages anywhere from about 2-8 business days before it ships out.

Mugs, stickers, and apparel typically all ship out separately due to the different facilities that they are printed in at each location, so please expect that they may arrive at different times and the tracking will typically only reflect the last item to be shipped by default. If you have ordered different types of products within the same order and have only received part of your order, please check your packing slip--the top will show how many items/packages are still on their way to you.

Our print partner has print facilities in several locations around the world: North Carolina, Mexico, Canada, Spain, and Latvia, as well as several partner facilities in Australia and Japan. Orders are routed to the production location nearest to its destination (though some items may be shipped from a further facility due to stock availability), and ship directly from the facility that they were printed in.
